About me (YaSloom): I have previously been Rank 1 in 3v3 on Eu-W with several teams and I have formed a new team to achieve this Rank again. I have a wide experience in 3v3 due to playing with and against a lot of Challenger teams. You can find me on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
This tier list is just my opinion from my experiences on Twisted Treeline and you don’t have to follow it. The champions in each tier are not organized in any order; champions in the same tier can be stronger than others, depending on your team composition and the enemy team composition.
Explanation of Tiers:
God Tier: These champions are the best and they outclass all other champions in their roles.
Tier 1: Champions in this tier are very strong, but they are easier to deal with than God Tier champions.
Tier 2: These champions are viable situational or counter picks. They are not contested picks.
Tier 3: Champions in this tier are rarely picked and almost never banned. Champions in higher tiers can do their jobs better.
Tier 4: This tier is very rarely picked and they are considered below average.
Tier 5: These champions are considered weak on Twisted Treeline and are not recommended for picks.

Champions worth mentioning
Lucian: His long range skills combined with his mobility from his relentless pursuit that removes slows and his ult that is fairly easy to land in twisted treeline because the paths are kinda narrow. His ult though can be easily interrupted by CC which negates a lot of his damage.
Karma: The newest God Tier champion. She has been hiding under the radar for a while, when everyone suddenly realized how strong she really is. Now she is the most picked AP champion in the European Challenger Tier! Her kit is just amazing and consists of everything you could ever want from an ability power champion. She got amazing poke with her Soul Flare, insane kiting potential, and her entire kit is utility, a slow, a root, a heal, a shield and a speed buff. She is by far the best AP support on the Twisted Treeline. She is Lissandra’s defensive sister.
Corki: The Trinity force change on patch 3.10a ” UNIQUE Passive – Spellblade
Damage increased to 200% base attack damage (from 150%)” is an indirect buff to his damage since he can proc trinity force’s passive pretty easily with his ultimate and spells. Other than that, the mana reduction to his W and Ultimate helped him as well to become more viable. so he is moved to Tier 1
Zac: He received several nerfs over the patches but he is still stronger than most Tier2 champions so he stays at Tier 1
Fizz: The fact he has a high damaging gap closer and high damaging gapcloser/untargetable on relatively short cd and that his ult is capable of decimating an entire team, not just one person if placed right and it’s quite large aoe seeing as the paths in TT are quite narrow, a team fight in the jungle it’s easy to hit multiples targets with his ult
Hecarim: After testing out this little pony a lot I think he has a lot of potential. His ganks are really strong and because of his knock back he can force a flash early on really easily. His snowballing potential is really amazing if he gets a couple of kills early on. His late game is really strong as well specially in sustained and long teamfights.
Changelog:
Corki was moved from Tier 2 to Tier 1
