3.11 Tier List (Lucian Era) can be founding by clicking here
About me (YaSloom): I am currently Rank 1 in 3v3 Eu-W and I have a wide experience in 3v3 duo to playing with and against a lot of Challenger teams. You can find me on Facebook and YouTube.
This tier list is just my opinion from my experiences on Twisted Treeline and you don’t have to follow it. The champions in each tier are not organized in any order; champions in the same tier can be stronger than others, depending on your team composition and the enemy team composition.
Explanation of Tiers:
God Tier: These champions are the best and they outclass all other champions in their roles.
Tier 1: Champions in this tier are very strong, but they are easier to deal with than God Tier champions.
Tier 2: These champions are viable situational or counter picks. They are not contested picks.
Tier 3: Champions in this tier are rarely picked and almost never banned. Champions in higher tiers can do their jobs better.
Tier 4: This tier is very rarely picked and they are considered below average.
Tier 5: These champions are considered weak on Twisted Treeline and are not recommended for picks.

Patch 3.10 changes
Ryze: The nerfs to his ranges did not affect Ryze too much in Twisted Treeline since most ranged viable champions in the metgame don’t outrange him. On the EU West server, most teams run double melee champions so with his current state he is still a really good pick.
Master Yi: The rework made Yi more viable, but he has the same problems as the old Yi. Such problems include not having team fight presence early on; he can also be focused really easily and CC’d to death in 3v3.
Vayne: The nerfs didn’t affect her that much and she is still a really strong pick on TT.
Patch 3.9 changes
Singed: The last nerfs for Singed really hit him hard because it took 27 armor from him at level 18. He already had major problems against mages late game because he can get poked, crowd controlled. and kited by them very easily. Now, he has even more problems against AD champions in the late game and he feels much less tanky.
Leblanc: The changes did make her better on Twisted Treeline but the main problem with her is she can’t go through a lot of walls and that takes a lot from her juking potential. The inability to juke keeps her in tier 3.
Shyvana: The recent rework didn’t change much about her and she still has the problem of having no CC. In addition, she doesn’t have that much tankiness or high damage to compensate for her lack of crowd control.
Champions worth mentioning:
Kayle: She is a really good all around champion, gives the team utility, damage, cc and her ultimate is really strong in team fights. She is banned or picked in almost every game at the Challenger level.
Leona: One of the best supports in TT. Leona has 3 stuns (1 of them is AOE) and she can bully 2v1 lanes really hard as well as invade the jungler after pushing to make his life miserable. She can engage, disengage and protect high priority targets.
Jarvan IV: At level 2, Jarvan can easily force an enemy flash early on. When paired with another CC-based champion in lane you can get first blood easily. He doesn’t need items or gold to be effective, and they can initiate or disengage very effectively. He is strong during all stages of the game, can bully the enemy jungler after pushing lane, and can deny jungle camps.
